For any information in regards to your hair, it can be found under the tab of your chosen wig. Please read the information carefully before finalizing your order (we do not accept exchange or refunds) to ensure that you get the best out of your new I Dynastyred.com extensions. DYNASTYRED Hair is the sole owner of information collected on this site and we guarantee that we will not sell, share, or rent your information to any outside parties.

Dynastyred .com periodically sends out special offers and discounts via electronic notice (email). At any time you may unsubscribe to our notices by sending an unsubscribe email to Dynastyredhair@yahoo.com with the title 'unsubscribe'.

We do not condone nor accept any type of fraudulent behaviour.

Please ensure your billing address is the same as your shipping address. If this is not the case, your item will be placed on hold whilst one of our Dynastyred rep’s will contacts you to discuss matters further. You may be requested to provide supporting evidence and will need to explain why the billing and shipping address if different. To avoid this, please ensure your billing and shipping address match.

 

 

 

DELIVERY

We will only deliver to the address given when you place the order. You agree that we are not responsible if you have given us the incorrect address for delivery. You would need to cancel any order placed with the incorrect address and re-order with the correct address within one hour of placing your order.

You also agree that we will not refund the cost of any order that are delivered to the incorrect address given.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGE POLICY

Please understand that wigs and human hair Extensions are considered hygienic products and for that reason ALL SALES ARE FINAL!  We want to maintain the cleanliness of our products. We do not accept returns,refunds or exchanges. Please ensure you’re ordering the correct items and amount of items before checking out.

We only accept returns if the wrong item was shipped.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled at any time.

Our hair can be bleached to a #27 max. Anything lighter may cause damage to the hair and lessen the longevity of the wig. 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages. After item has been shipped, it is now in the hands of the shipping company. Any issues arise pertaining to it lost/stolen can be brought to the shipping company's attention. You will NOT be able to receive a refund for lost/stolen packages.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Please allow 2-3 business days (M-F excluding holidays) processing time. This is the time we customize and style your unit for shipping. Once done, Shipping is 2-4 business days(M-F excluding holidays) after processing time has been completed. Holiday and weekends excluded!

For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.                                                                 suspend your access                                                                                                          We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time.
