 if you have any problems please email us and we will do our best to assist you. We are unable to do returns for federal laws regarding sanitation but if your item is defective we will honor an exchange. We will not exchange any items if there are signs shown of being worn. exchanges can be made within 2 days of receiving your order in original packaging and , unaltered condition with sales receipt. You must include a note with your name, phone number, and a written exchange request advising us of what you would like to exchange of equal value.You are responsible for any exchange shipping fees and lost or stolen package

How Are Lengths Measured?

Should I Co-Washing My Hair?

The Straight Textures are measured true to length.

The Spanish Wave, Body Wave, Loose Wave, and Deep Wave are measured when hair is pulled straight. When Hair is straightened it will be longer than in it's natural state

Can My Extensions Be Colored?

YES! You can color our hair. Our hair is 100% Virgin Human Hair of premium quality and has never been chemically treated and it can therefore handle the coloring process very well.

However, it will no longer be virgin once you color or process the hair. It will also require some extra care to keep your extensions beautiful. We suggest you consult a professional if you wish to color your new hair, but we do offer Custom Coloring to our Customers!

Co-Washing, also known as conditioner washing, is a way to clean the hair without the use of shampoo. Washing your hair with conditioner, or co-washing, is often considered very good for curly hair as it helps to lock in extra moisture and keeps the curls bouncy. When co-washing we suggest using a Moisturizing conditioner for all textures.

Can my new Hair be Straightened/Curled?

YES, this is 100% Human Hair, so treat it as your own. You can curl and straighten the hair as desired. (Note – The hair may lose some of the curl pattern with constant heat being applied over time.) Too much heat being applied consistently can result in heat damage, we recommend using a heat protecter

How many bundles do I need?

SHEDDING?

Minimally, no hair is absolutely perfect (Any company who states this phrase, as sales pitch is not being honest. Our company is an honest supplier). We have reinforced machine wefting, to minimize shedding to nearly none. You may see a few strands here or there, but nothing troubling. The most effective way to avoid shedding is by sealing the wefts.
For inches 12-16 we suggest at least 2-3 depending on the fullness that you want. For inches 18-30 we suggest 3-4 bundles. It is up to the discretion of the customer on how many bundles they wish to purchase. The longer the length, the thinner the bundle. 

How do I take care of my hair at night?

What color does the hair come in 

Our hair comes in natural black/brown (1b, 2, or 4).

We also provide blonde hair, which is no longer considered virgin because it has been chemically lightened. Our hair can be colored and bleached, but we do advise this to be done by a professional.

There are multiple ways to take care of your hair at night. You can braid it up or twist it and make sure to wear a silk scarf, silk bonnet, or have a silk pillow.

I did not received my package, what should I do?

All of our shipments include tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking states the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 in order to investigate this issue. Once shipped if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged; Dynasty Red Hair. can not be held responsible for a delivered package. However, you will need to open a claim with the United States Postal Service
